Rocio Valdez was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After graduating from Warren High School in Downey, CA, she continued her education at Cerritos College. She obtained her Associate in Arts degree in Journalism. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at California State University, Fullerton

Her experience spans agency, academic, and small-business environments, where she has managed social media channels, developed data-driven marketing strategies, and supported public relations campaigns from research through execution. Rocio has contributed to increasing brand visibility and engagement through organic and paid social campaigns, media outreach, and e-commerce initiatives, driving measurable growth in followers, engagement, and sales.
